Michael Pagliccia, Realtor has been selling properties in the Naples area for the better part of a decade. He comes from a family that has deep roots in the real estate industry, having sold homes for over 30 years in a wide variety of markets. Michael received his B.A. in Criminal Justice with a minor in business from Saint Anselm College in NH. He has been one of the most prolific and reputable sellers of property in the Naples area since founding the Pagliccia group in 2001 and becoming a multi-million dollar producer within the first year of existence.
Besides real estate, Michael is very serious about cultivating the community and makes no effort to disguise his passion for the Naples area. He has received the Volunteer of the Year Award from the YMCA of the Palms in 2007 and has performed many “extreme fundraising” events for the community. These include spending 14 days in a life raft in the middle of the Naples Bay, submerging himself in an underwater tank located downtown on 5th Ave, and unofficially broke the Guinness World Record on October 22, 2009 by riding a Personal Water Craft (over 753 miles within 24 hours) in order to raise funds for the American Cancer Society. Through his efforts Michael has raised over $37,000 towards charity.
Raising the eye brows of Collier County Commissioners, Michael received a proclamation for his volunteer efforts on September 29, 2009 proclaiming September 30, 2009 "Michael Pagliccia Endeavor Day".
Michael lives in Naples with his wife, Stephanie, and his two sons, Joshua and Jacob. In his free time, he loves to golf, scuba dive, and participate in community events.

Hugo comes from a background of successful enterprise, having served as the Manager of Manufacturing for Polaroid, Inc. and since retiring from Polaroid decided to focus solely on real estate.
He is also extremely involved in the community and has a passion for “service above self”. He served as the President of the Hingham, MA. Rotary Club, where he received the prestigious Paul Harris Fellowship Award in recognition of his services and efforts in local, national and international projects. He also served as the District Director of the Rotary Foundation. During his tenure led two mission trips to both Panama and Costa Rica providing medical equipment and supplies to hospitals, clinics, and people in need in those areas.

Jeff Landry, Realtor is a graduate of Bryant University in Rhode Island. He received his B.A. in Business Administration with a Finance concentration. Since then, Jeff has worked as a Sales & Service Manager for Florida's largest bank. It is there where Jeff learned and practiced his commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Jeff's dedication and desire for complete customer satisfaction is his ultimate goal. Additionally, since 1995 Jeff has been the owner of Gulfshore Cleaning, Inc., a local commercial cleaning service that has enjoyed serving Naples since 1989.
